We get to chose to how to navigate life for ourselves and future generations.

It’s easy to be aware of others, it’s powerful to be aware of ourselves.

We’re all human. We all make mistakes. It’s what we do with the aftermath. Can we say sorry even to a child? Can we resist shifting blame?

Magic happens when we’re accountable.

Let’s be radically accountable with the ones we love most!

Are we the same people to our loved ones that we are to people we want to impress?

Life is messy not perfect and it should still be celebrated and cherished in the season we’re in!

Authenticity doesn’t mean a lack of growth and change rather authenticity is being radically honest and presenting as we are in this moment - no masks here.

Whoever humbles himself like this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. Whoever receives one such child in my name receives me, but whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him to have a great millstone fastened around his neck and to be drowned in the depth of the sea. - Matthew 18:4-6

We embrace humility.

Do we see children’s humanity? Do we see children as more than extensions of us?

Not to use for our own profit or fulfillment (though they certainly enrich our lives) but a precious gift for us to nurture into adulthood.

Valuing children’s humanity leaves no room for abuse.
