We’re for anyone to listen to worldwide. Being females we think you will get special value out of our podcast if you are also a female or enjoy hearing about things that impact us - but anyone is invited to listen in to our world and consider us their virtual friends!

What we talk about:
What don’t we talk about?! As a podcast our vibe is sitting on your friends couch. Anything could be brought up and the conversation could go anywhere! It keeps things exciting. Our current focus is on self improvement, mental health, spirituality and self care predominantly as those are the areas we are growing in at this moment.

Why we bother:
Because we believe sharing knowledge in a casual, friendly format not only is good for our souls (it’s kind of therapeutic!) but we believe it’s good for other souls too!! As we continue to grow we want to bring others with us - to be that go to friend no matter where you are.
The Origin Story:
YHMH was started from a conversation at the photography studio where Madison and Priscilla were working. Madison was a hair and makeup artist and Priscilla was a behind the scenes videographer.
After connecting on various topics, Priscilla mentioned how what they were currently talking about would be a great podcast episode. She had always wanted to have one but never found the right person to have one with.
Madison was enthusiastic about the idea and said they should make it happen. Encouraged by Madison’s enthusiasm and with Priscilla’s technical skills the YHMH podcast was born.
Much of the first season was recorded in person at the studio. Eventually the podcast moved to zoom and continues to be recorded virtually.
Since it’s start YHMH has covered a wide variety of topics. Mental health, organizing, clean living, spirituality, fan-girling over their beloved Outlander + special guest interviews are a few of YHMH’s go to topics.
